Jooo what can I say everything, the service was superb, like the service from reception it was excellent at the dinning the two ladies who served us they know how to serve their customers. I think the name was Elsie or Else and the Cheff lady. Its a go place for me. The gentleman at the reception he was very helpful with everything. The room was clean towels linen like everything was excellent. Else told us about the cycling and the Oyster festival and we went there so it was fun. One word our stay was SUPERB

Everything was great. Breakfast was fantastic. The sheff and waitress a special kind of awesome. Real cape hospitality. Manager super friendly and helpful. We also had the privilege meeting the owner: if you are planning to stay over in Knysna, whether it is for one night or a couple of weeks, be sure to give this great place a visit! Real value for money and you will leave knowing you will be back...

Staff were amazing and more than welcoming, going the extra mile to make us feel welcome and comfortable, always smiling, and honest!! (We forgot some of our valuables and staff ensured they were found.) Traci is the best! We got free room upgrades and they were much needed after our long travels. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Highly recommend this place!

The staff were so friendly and accommodating, especially Ilse and Tracy. They always had a back up plan in addition to their generator with all the loadshedding happening. Ilse and Travy made us feel so welcomed and at home. The food was amazing, rooms were always clean and views are breathtaking. Definitely coming back here again.

Everything. The location was great, conveniently close the the center of Knysna and the N2. The view of the lagoon was amazing, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff and friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and spacious, and the WiFi was good and stayed on through load shedding.

The location is perfect. It's in walking distance to town. Air-conditioning unit in room was a blessing as it was quite hot in Knysna.

it was a good location with a pretty view of the estuary. the rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and worked hard to ensure we had a good stay. There was also a great restaurant within walking distance from the hotel.
